Items are added to your Shopping Cart simply by clicking the "Add To Cart" button for the item you wish to purchase. You'll notice that the "Add To Cart" button is replaced by a "Remove From Cart" button when clicked.
You can View your Shopping Cart by clicking the link in the upper-right portion of the page or the link in the narrow left column. In addition, each page shows the number of items in your cart and the dollar amount of the items.
Because the selections at Zubal Books are One-Of-A-Kind, it is possible that another customer will purchase a selection while it's in your shopping cart. In order to provide you with detailed information as to the "Real-Time Availability" of each item, a color is assigned based on the items availability status.
When viewing items in your cart, you'll notice one of the following labels:
Green - Item Available. These items are available at this moment and not in another Shopping Cart.
Available
Blue - Item In Another Shopping Cart. These items are still available; however another customer has them in their Shopping Cart.
In Other Cart
Red - Item Sold. These items are sold and cannot be purchased. They will automatically be removed from your order when you checkout. You can also remove them by clicking the "Remove From Cart" button when viewing items in your Shopping Cart.

Zubal Books accepts returns for any reason WITHIN SEVEN (7) days of you (the customer) receiving your order. You will be refunded the cost of the book and any applicable sales tax. Zubal Books does not refund shipping/handling charges on returns unless your order was shipped in error by Zubal Books.
There will be a $10 per book restocking fee for items that the customer has ordered in error.
Contact Zubal Books via email ( info@zubal.com ) within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to obtain a Return Authorization. Refunds will not be given on returned books without a Return Authorization from Zubal Books.
Please include a copy of your original receipt along with your return. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit you accordingly.

Each time you place an order, you'll have an opportunity to create an account (you should create an account only once). Creating an account requires only your email address and the selection of a password.
By creating an account on Zubal Books you'll be able to track your orders, view past orders and expedite the checkout process by having the billing and shipping information completed for you (we don't store your credit card information. Credit card information will have to be entered for each order.)
Your email address together with your chosen password is required to track and view orders within the account section. Only orders processed with your account can be tracked or viewed at a later date.
If you have forgotten your account password, simply enter your email address (user name) in the account section.
Shipping charges are based on the number of volumes.
Domestic Orders (Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories)

Shipping is
available for Domestic Orders for an additional $10.00 per order.
Rush orders must be received
by 2 p.m EST to be shipped out that same business

All items are shipped insured with carrier tracking numbers.
Standard Shipping (standard sized books up to 4 lbs.) will be delivered by USPS.

Expedited Shipping (standard sized books up to 4 lbs.) will be delivered by UPS or USPS
Priority Mail. $12.50 for the

For Expedited Oversized books or books weighing between 5 and 8 lbs., cost
is $16.00 for first volume
and $16.00 for each

For Expedited Heavy books or books weighing over 8 lbs., cost
is $30.00 for first volume

In-store pickups can be made Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. There is no charge for In-Store Pickup.

International Orders (Outside Continental United States & US Territories)
Shipping total is calculated based on weight of the order, and items will ship via ePost Global, fully insured with tracking.

An additional shipping charge of $5.00 will be added for bad shipping addresses.
Buyer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees required by recipient's country.

How are my books sent to my US address?
For Standard Shipping, Zubal Books ships via
UPS Mail Innovations to street addresses within the US.
How are my books sent to my International address?
Zubal Books ships via USPS Standard
Air Insured - 2-6 week delivery or, USPS Global Priority. Each Global Priority package must weigh 4 pound or
less.
We will be happy to quote you costs on multiple book purchases.
How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
We normally ship domestic orders
within 7 business days from the order date and international orders ship within 10 business days of the
original order date.
RUSH Service is available for Domestic Orders only.
For an additional $10 per order
Rush orders are shipped via regular UPS, processed and shipped the same day. Rush orders received after 3
p.m. are processed the next business day. Rush orders received Saturday or Sunday are processed the next
business day.
Rush Service does not mean your parcel will go via the fastest route. Your Rush Order will still go via UPS Ground Service (domestic) unless otherwise specified by you. Please let us know if you want your Rush Order to go via Fed Ex or UPS Next Day. We'll quote you the price and ask for your credit card number to charge accordingly.
